After receiving her degree, Dr Bigelow completed a two year family practice residency. She also studied and obtained advanced training in Environmental Medicine with Dr Walter Crinnion at the Environmental Medicine Center of Excellence at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. She has been involved in naturopathic medicine with comprehensive clinical training since 1999.

As a licensed primary care physician, Dr Bigelow can address much of the same concerns as a family medical doctor. She combines taking a thorough history, physical examination, and modern diagnostics such as lab tests and imaging to arrive at a diagnosis. She then develops a unique treatment plan created to address your personal wellness goals.

Dr Bigelow believes in an integrative approach to wellness, using both natural and conventional medicine when needed, to help achieve not just an absence of disease, but a state of optimal health.

The goal of this approach is to cater to the needs and beliefs of each patient as an individual.

Dr Bigelow practices at the NCNM Clinic where she treats patients and also supervises Naturopathic Medical Students in Environmental Medicine.
